Basement and Attic Conversions

Attics and basements are often underutilized and can be wasted space. I can finish your basement, or just a small part of it, into a playroom, family room, or storage room, with plenty of shelving appropriately sized to store all of your "stuff."

I can also transform your attic into usable bedroom, play, or office space. Just adding shelving in some of these spaces will greatly improve your ability to organize and increase your storage capacity. Attics that have small hatch access only can be upgraded with a pull-down stairway and a plywood floor for easy access to a large storage area.
